Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Senior Flight Control Development Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen.
Your responsibilities:
* Development of control laws
* Dynamic systems analysis
* Integration of control laws with sensor, actuation and processing units
* Development, evaluation and validation of simulation models.
* Specification and definition of flight control systems
* Alignment with testing team on test orders, procedures and test results
* Supporting tests, with specific focus on Controls & Measurement Systems operation and debugging
* Data processing and analysis
Your profile:
* Completed studies in System Engineering, Aerospace or comparable
* Extensive experience in developing flight control laws and systems is required Skilled in modeling and simulating complex multiphysics systems (e.g., dynamic flight mechanical models)
* Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB-Simulink, Python, and Google Workspace
* Experience in the implementation, commissioning, and testing of control laws on real-time computers and control hardware is a plus
* Fluent English and good German skills, both written and spoken
