Key Responsibilities:
* Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market analyses, and establishing strategic partnerships
* Analyze business development activities and results to identify areas for improvement and future growth opportunities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets
* Independently manage project assignments in various countries across Eastern Europe
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including country managers, key account managers, and brand managers
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
* Ensure all activities are aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives
Requirements:
* Completed university degree in sales, business development or other related fields
* A minimum of 5 years of international professional experience in the FMCG or pharmaceutical sector, ideally in business development or sales
* Fluency in English and German required; proficiency in any Eastern European language is considered an asset
* High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments
* Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Ideally an affinity for AI tools and its possible applications
