We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced
Head of Consulting and Sales (m/f/d)
located at our offices in Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart), Germany.
Your principal tasks:
* Ensure profitable order intake according to budget and achievement of sales budget
* Realize a consistency of market plans through stable forecast reporting
* Build and lead a sales team; lead & develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivation
* Achieve market volume and market share increase, also through early anticipation of market opportunities
* Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
* Build and maintain key customer relationships
* Prepare and execute customer events
* Represent the company at internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.
Your qualifications & experience:
* Academic studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical education
* Experience in selling complex products and/or processes
* Leadership skills with a dedicated focus on long-term results
* Proven experience in similar management positions
* Excellent negotiation skills along with a strong analytical mind
* Obliging and professional appearance
* Microsoft Office 365 user knowledge
* Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel
* Communication and presentation skills together with a very good command of German and English
