You will also act as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and process improvements. Your Tasks: Preparing and analyzing financial reports on Profit & Loss and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all DACH countries. Serving as a strategic finance partner to key stakeholdersu2014including Division Managers, Sales, and Marketingu2014by supporting business cases, analyzing monthly trends, leading LBE planning sessions, and setting sales targets. Acting as a subject matter expert for reporting tools and processes, leveraging Essbase, Excel, and Power BI, while driving greater adoption of Power BI and introducing AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance reporting efficiency and automation. Supporting the FP&A Manager and EMEA HQ team in consolidating and reviewing deliverables forLBE(Last Best Estimate), MEC (Month-End Close), and Confirm cycles. Identifyingand implementing process improvements to strengthen financial operations andoptimizebusiness performance across the DACH region.
