The Opportunity 🚀

We're seeking our Northern Europe Prescription Manager – Architectural Solar Lighting to join Aristophane's team to take care of the North of Europe (UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany). This role offers the opportunity to:

* Drive the adoption of Nowatt’s Landscape and urban solar lighting solutions by influencing key B2B and B2G prescribers (architects, urban planners, landscape designers, real estate developers, technical consultants, and municipalities).
* Ensure early-stage project integration, securing revenue through upstream specification while positioning Nowatt as the premium technical and design reference in urban and landscape lighting.

Core Missions:

1. Deploy Nowatt’s Solutions – Generate project pipelines and sales opportunities by embedding Nowatt’s products into design phases of high-value urban and landscape projects.
2. Influence Key Prescribers – Position Nowatt as the expert partner for high-end solar architectural lighting through technical advocacy, partnerships, and strategic lobbying.


Key Responsibilities 📋

1. Prescriber Network Development
o Prospect and nurture relationships with architecture firms, landscape studios, and municipalities.
o Identify high-potential urban/landscape projects for Nowatt integration.
o Conduct technical presentations (onsite/virtual).
2. Technical Support & Training
o Train prescribers on solar lighting benefits (autonomy, sustainability, design).
o Provide photometric calculations, case studies, and installation guidance.
o Develop tailored tools (spec sheets, 3D renderings, samples).
3. Project Tracking & Partnerships
o Collaborate with internal teams to align on project needs.
o Establish partnerships with industry associations (IFLA, ACE, municipal networks).
o Represent Nowatt at trade shows (e.g., Architect@Work, Nordic Urban Lighting events).
4. Market Intelligence
o Monitor trends in sustainable lighting and competitor activity.
o Share field insights to refine strategy.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Number of projects specified in design phases.
* Growth in prescriber network (architects, municipalities, etc.).
* Revenue secured from early-stage specifications.
* Reduction in price competition on tenders due to upstream influence.
* Market intelligence reports on trends and competitor activity.


What you can bring to us 🙌

* Education: Technical or business degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape, Lighting Design or related field).
* Experience: 5–10 years in technical sales, specification management, or business development, ideally in lighting, urban design, or architecture.
* Your Technical Skills:
o Prescription Strategy
+ Targeting and prioritizing key prescribers.
+ Leading technical meetings and product presentations.
+ CRM management and visit planning.
o Architectural & Urban Lighting Expertise
+ Reading technical/photometric plans.
+ Knowledge of norms (EN 13201) and urban regulations.
o Project Management
+ Tracking projects from identification to conversion.
+ Coordinating with internal teams (engineering, sales).
o B2G & Public Sector Expertise (Bonus)
+ Public procurement processes
+ Navigating municipal technical departments.
o Digital & Linguistic
+ LinkedIn/professional platforms for networking.
+ Fluent English; German, French or Dutch a plus.

Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process :

If selected, you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only four steps:

1. It begins with a video interview with our Talent Acquisition, Nancy.
2. Then a technical video interview with your future manager: Aristophane.
3. An interview with our NoWatt General Director: Felipe
4. A video interview with our HR Director, Joris, to discuss values as well as cultural fit.

Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:

1. Meeting all departments and business areas of the company,
2. Technical discovery of the products and processes,
3. Training tailored to your needs and functions.
