Your tasks
Communication meets project management
9. Central interface: They act as a neutral contact person for owners, users and residents.
10. Stakeholder communication: They provide timely information about construction starts, clearing operations or noise pollution (via letters, flyers or telephone calls).
11. Conflict management: Recording and clarifying concerns as well as independent problem solving on site.
12. Damage management: Active support in securing evidence, settling claims and the formal return of land parcels.
13. Presence & Representation: Participation in public events as well as preparation and follow-up of (construction) meetings.
14. Documentation: Complete recording of all processes in the digital document management system.
15. Knowledge transfer: Conducting briefings and training sessions as needed.
16. Close reporting: Continuous exchange with the project management and the construction management (BOL).
Your profile
Experience that builds trust
17. Extensive expertise: You have at least 10 years of professional experience in construction.
18. Communication professional: Relevant experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
19. Negotiation skills: You are highly organized and possess the necessary tact for correspondence with residents and authorities.
20. Digital competence: Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel, SharePoint) and modern document management systems.
21. Language level: Fluent German skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form.
