Your tasks
10. Configuration management: Control and documentation of configuration units according to DIN ISO 10007 as well as the creation of accounting reports.
11. Change & Data Management: Management, updating and release of technical changes in the product structure (hardware & software).
12. Supplier & Quality Assurance: Timely inspection and quality assurance of configuration deliverables from external partners and subcontractors.
13. Interface work: advising internal departments (design, manufacturing) and close cooperation with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team.
14. Process optimization: Development, harmonization and implementation of cross-functional standards and processes within the team.
Your profile
15. Qualification: Degree in engineering/industrial engineering or comparable training with 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
16. Expertise: Solid experience in configuration management, supplier coordination and ideally in the field of ILS / HVR.
17. Working style: Analytical thinking skills, high problem-solving competence, and a precise, structured, and proactive work style.
18. Soft skills: Strong communication skills, team spirit, fluent German skills, MS Office proficiency and openness to new topics.
19. Flexibility: Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to other NVL locations (approx. 10%).
