As Global Lead (m/f/d) Quality, you will assume global responsibility for the quality strategy within an international cluster of locations and business areas. Your goal is to establish uniform quality standards, anchor a sustainable quality culture, and ensure operational excellence.
Key tasks:
* Defining and establishing quality standards across the entire cluster - aligned with global corporate goals and local requirements
* Monitoring quality assurance through regular audits, reviews, and systematic analyses
* Data-based quality control: collecting, evaluating, and interpreting relevant quality metrics and deriving measures
* Promotion of continuous improvement processes (CIP): Initiation and management of optimization projects across all cluster units
* Training & coaching: Empowering local teams to implement and further develop quality standards
* Process analysis and optimization: Identification of weaknesses in processes, initiation of sustainable improvements
* Communication & collaboration: Close coordination with the managers of the operational units and transparent reporting to management
* Risk management: Evaluation and prevention of potential quality risks within the cluster
* Certifications: Preparation and support of audits and ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001
Requirements
* Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in a global matrix organization or cluster structure
* In-depth knowledge of quality standards, methods, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.)
* Experience in conducting audits, CIP projects, and working with QM systems
* Strong analytical skills and experience working with quality-related KPIs
* Leadership skills and strong ability to collaborate across departments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* Willingness to travel internationally (depending on location structure and needs)
