Job location: Europe – office or home based Responsibilities Design, implement and lead the implementation projects of Infor ESG services. Support the sales process, work with customers on their requirements, define scope and provide estimates. Work with Infor stakeholders on new ESG service offerings. Be the subject‑matter expert within the Infor EMEA Service Organisation and coach the team on ESG topics; share and develop knowledge and expertise across the team to become more effective and deliver customer success. Qualifications Domain knowledge preferably gained as a Consultant or Solution Architect with knowledge in environmental & regulatory compliance, ESG and sustainability. Knowledge of technology application solutions that address ESG/sustainability and the ability to transfer Infor’s new sustainable software applications into performance management business processes and solutions. Proven professional services experience designing and implementing performance management software for customers and knowledge of related business processes. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong decision making, judgment and analytical skills. Demonstrates ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional virtual teams.
