You will manage and improve occupational safety standards, leading your team to drive positive change based on employee feedback and process improvement opportunities.
About the Job
* Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
* Analyze internal reports to inform safety-related management decisions
* Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals
* Drive programs to improve technical specifications and designs
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor and enforce safety protocols
A successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as they will be responsible for communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and management level.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field
* Relevant experience in project work, particularly in compliance with local occupational safety regulations
* Advanced proficiency in English communication
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
