Your tasks:
You support the Service Owner of the End-User Workplace on the day to day and change/project activities. You will embark on a 3 to 6 months training plan where we explain you our End-User Workplace landscape. In this role you identify yourself as helping hands in the management of the End-User Workplace services for our internal users, thus regular on-site presence is required mainly in our Leipzig office and occasionally, when required, at the back-up office located in Halle. With your polite, hands-on mentality and professional appearance, you ensure the efficient and with high quality execution of the tasks assigned to you. Your tasks include, but are not limited to, providing helping hands to the EEX/ECC IT Touchpoints(on-site support team),manage End User Workplace Change and/or projects, manage End User Workplace communications. You have the will to constantly expand and deepen your knowledge. In doing so, you receive a great deal in return for your outstanding performance from your team.

Your skills:
* Ongoing studies related to Economics or IT
* Excellent service orientation as well as communication skills in German and English (at least B1) both written and spoken
* A great team spirit and flexibility when required to achieve goals and complete assignments
* Good IT skills in Office365, Windows, network devices and Application Management
* Adhering to policies and procedures and upholding organizational values
* Will to learn, take ownership and drive things forwards
* Experience in End user workplace management and in the use of an ITSM (IT Service Management) tool is appreciated
* Knowledge about ITIL processes and incident management skills are a plus
* Knowledge about agile way of working is a plus
