The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
* They should be responsible for compliance work in European region.
* Responsible foe the platform task, mainly about HR and administrative issues,including visa processing, office management, accommodation, asset management, transport, communication, employee services and ect.
* Responsible for the onboarding and resignation processes of employees.
* Organize daily activities to enhance employees' team spirit. Manage and organize local employee salary, recruitment, employee training&development and other related tasks.
* Assist in handling administrative affairs, including receptionist and other assigned public affairs. Other platform tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years or above of experience in HR or related field
* Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
* Good abilities in spoken and written Chinese, English and Germany.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
