Responsibilities
:
1. Creation of invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis
2. Processing credit notes, billing disputes, billing adjustments, new billing (NRR & ASV) as needed
3. Interacting with clients on billing disputes, changes of legal entities, billing address, VAT, purchase orders
4. Cash application and internal transfers
5. Aging/Collections
6. Preparing and consolidating monthly billing reports
7. Supporting account managers and project management team on specific billing information
Required Skills:
8. Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fields
9. Strong oral and written communication skills
10. Customer service working with internal & external clients
11. Experience in billing is highly preferred
12. High attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracy
13. Proactive work style
14. Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
15. Intermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data

16. Experience in working with accounting systems, preferably Sage
