Key Responsibilities
* Manage onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding processes for staff
* Coordinate communication between various departments, including Finance, General Services, IT, Top Management, and foreign offices
* Ensure compliance with employer obligations toward authorities
* Manage employee inquiries and requests
* Administer and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts and addenda
* Maintain accurate staff information and update employer databases
* Produce HR reports
Staff Administration Key Tasks:
* Timely payroll preparation and processing
* Coordinating with payroll providers
* Monitoring compliance with collective agreement obligations, if applicable
* Managing tax cards and salary bank accounts
* Verifying payroll output documents
Benefits Administration Key Features:
* Company car and luncheon voucher management
* Pension, health, and incentive plan administration
* Oversight of interest subsidies and other benefits
Training Key Activities:
* Managing training requests and subsidies
