Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate blood counts via Cellavision to drive first-line diagnostics.
* Forward highly pathological blood counts to secondary review as needed.
* Process follow-up requests and outstanding results through direct communication with European laboratories.
* PARTicipate in regular internal and external round robin tests.
* Review quality control and complaint management processes.
* Maintain physical stamina for standing and sitting work over extended periods.
* Be willing to adapt to Saturday shifts and flexible scheduling.
* Able to perceive full color spectrum.
* Ensure stable internet connectivity.
Education and Qualifications
* Completed vocational training as VMTA / MTLA/ MTL/ MTV/Bachelor of Science (m/f/d) or equivalent medical education.
* Minimum 2 years experience evaluating abnormal differential blood counts, preferably in veterinary medicine.
* Familiarity with technical concepts and common software applications.
* Proficiency in German and English language skills.
* Independent and service-oriented work style.
