You will be responsible for managing, supporting & optimizing the utilization of Business Applications, mainly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system.
As well as collaborating with Business stakeholders, external partners on the local & international level.
This position is suitable for a candidate at a medior & senior level with experience in providing Business Application Support and with a solid understanding of Software Integration, Data Management & System Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Business Applications deployment & maintenance including Disaster recovery planning, System upgrades, Data management & Data protection
* Supporting & optimizing Business applications with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system
* Creating & maintaining protocols for software usage, documentation for system processes, user guidelines
* Providing the technical & functional support to end users (troubleshooting & issue resolution, analyzing requirements)
* Ensuring IT Compliance & following Security Best Practices and regulatory requirements
Candidate Experience:
* Min. 2+ years experience in IT Operation/ IT Support, preferably within an industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory)
* Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
* IT Compliance & Security Best Practices
* Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
* Ability to analyze Business requirements & translate them into technical solutions
