What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate customer requests independently and help us boost customer satisfaction
Bring new ideas to improve our customer‑request reporting through market-specific tools
Work closely with colleagues across departments to develop standards and processes related to Product Compliance
Support our ongoing Product Compliance improvement initiatives
Help adapt Group Compliance guidelines to the specific needs of our segment
