Role Overview We’re looking for sharp, ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to drive Libra’s growth across both Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll be selling a best-in-class AI platform already trusted by Europe’s most innovative legal teams — your mission is to bring it to many more. You’ll own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract, working directly with managing partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders. You’ll collaborate closely with our Legal Engineering team — lawyers who turn legal expertise into scalable AI solutions — to ensure every engagement delivers maximum value and credibility. Together, you’ll help the most ambitious legal organizations in Europe adopt and scale AI across their workflows. This is a role for people who love to win, move fast, and help build something that’s reshaping an entire industry. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signature. Build and manage deep relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads. Collaborate closely with Legal Engineering to design impactful demos, pilots, and AI workflows tailored to client needs. Map complex organizational structures across law firms and corporate legal departments to identify high-value use cases. Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with precision and speed. Deliver compelling presentations and business cases that demonstrate Libra’s ROI and strategic impact. Feed market insights and customer feedback directly into Product and Leadership to shape our roadmap. Contribute to and refine our enterprise sales playbook — we’re building this motion together. What You Have 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals. Strong commercial instincts and comfort engaging C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations. Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or other professional-services environments — or the curiosity and drive to learn fast. Excellent communication, credibility, and storytelling skills — you inspire confidence in every conversation. Collaborative mindset: you thrive working side-by-side with Legal Engineering and Product teams to craft tailored solutions. Entrepreneurial spirit: you’re proactive, structured, and motivated by outcomes, not process. Native-level German and fluent English. A legal background (law degree or law-firm experience) is a strong plus — especially if you’re ready to move from practicing law to transforming it.
