Landwirtschaftlicher Leiter
We are looking for a skilled agricultural manager to oversee the daily operations of our farm.
Farm Overview:
* We operate 1.600 hectares of land, including arable land, pasture and forest.
* We prioritize regional production and have a strong focus on sustainability.
Jobs Responsibilities:
* To manage and coordinate the entire animal production process (cattle and pig breeding).
* To plan, monitor and optimize working processes in animal husbandry.
* To lead and motivate the local team in close cooperation with the herd manager.
* To carry out practical tasks directly on site.
* To monitor and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards, hygiene regulations and legal requirements.
* To support planning of feeding, animal health and breeding measures.
* To analyze and report on ongoing improvements in production processes.
Requirements:
* Degree in agriculture or animal husbandry.
* Further education as master/bachelor or comparable qualification.
* Knowledge of cattle and pig breeding.
* Organizational talent: Experience in coordinating working processes and high organizational ability.
* Responsibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility for tasks.
* Passion for agriculture: Your enthusiasm for agriculture and handling animals drives you.
* Leadership: Ideally, you have experience leading a team.
* Licenses: You possess driving licenses B, L and T.
