We are seeking a Legal Intern to join our team for a period of one year. The internship must be approved by a school.
The Legal Intern will work closely with the department's legal expert, the customer care team and the legal service to manage matters related to the department's legal and operational activities:
* Participate in the review and drafting of various legal and operational claims relating to the bank's different business lines.
* Actively participate in the preparation and follow-up of files in collaboration with the department's legal expert, the customer care team and the legal service (complaints, succession, seizure of accounts, dormant accounts, etc.)
* Prepare and draft research notes, emails and/or analyses on legal and operational issues related to the demands of the department's various activities.
* You will be required to manage the follow-up of projects and work in collaboration with the team members, the legal service or other contacts concerned by the activities.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor 3 or equivalent legal training.
Initial experience in a bank and/or law firm will be considered an asset.

Languages:
·Very good knowledge of English is essential.
·Knowledge of Luxembourgish German and/or Dutch will be considered an asset.
