MedTech experience using Oracle, or other ERP and MedTech inventory management solution providers could be a match barring SAP experience. Based in USA, with experience selling Enterprise Solutions (i.e., SaaS Support Implementation Services) Experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs) or Technology Partners to deliver Solutions. THE ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to join our team at mymediset North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the medical technology sector and contacts in the Medtech space, plus experience with SAP systems. This role requires strong knowledge of SaaS solutions, loan and consignment business models, and the ability to provide consultative sales expertise to MedTech organizations. As part of our team, you will drive revenue growth by building relationships with MedTech companies in your assigned region and by delivering solutions that meet your clients' needs. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Regional Account Director, you are accomplished, organized and methodical. You have proven that you understand company strategy and can effectively translate it into practical, actionable Sales plans. Your team appreciates your style as a hands-on colleague that “gets it” while also working with and inspiring team members to maintain focus Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industry. Identify and engage with medical device manufacturers and distributors Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management and order processing in an SAP environment. Collaborate closely with the SAP and/or system integrator sales teams Present and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributors. Demonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models, providing insights on how they can benefit clients’ supply chain operations. Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goals. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teams. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT in general. YOUR PROFILE 5-7 years of enterprise software sales experience ideally in the MedTech industry, or healthcare industry. Understanding of SAP supply chain and order management systems in a sales operational or consulting delivery capacity SaaS Knowledge: Proven ability to sell or work with SaaS-based solutions. Consignment Inventory Experience: Familiarity with consignment inventory models and their application in the MedTech sector. Consultative Selling: Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical solutions. Existing network within the MedTech, or healthcare industry. Experience working with CRM tools. Ability to work and stage deals to close on the planned month/quarter.
