What you'll do:
As a Senior People & Culture Business Partner PMO (f/m/d) of the People & Culture Businses Partner Team for Customer Success, you are mainly supporting the People & Culture Business Partner Lead for Go-to-Market in orchestrating strategic initiatives for the execution of SAP’s people agenda within Board Area Customer Success, partially focusing on region EMEA APAC MEE.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Supporting rollouts of People Agenda programs and projects
2. Contributing to key deliverables and monitoring key performance measures.
3. Developing and maintaining effective business partnerships, serving as a consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all HR areas.
4. Supporting the steering and hands-on coordination of stakeholders within Customer Success.
5. Collaborating extensively across the worldwide P&C network to create impact for our business.
6. Engaging with internal clients/business to deeply understand the business needs for successful transformation.
What you bring:
7. Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in People & Culture/HR Business partner roles, ideally in a matrixed and international environment.
8. Ability to support large and manage small/midsize projects effectively within highly complex structures and in a virtual and global environment.
9. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to translate complex topics and business requirements in a simple manner (including visualization and executive summaries).
10. Strong focus on operational execution and proactive problem-solving.
11. Project management and consulting experience in the context of strategic business transformation are highly desired.
12. High integrity, with the confidence to handle sensitive matters and data.
13. High customer-orientation and strong consulting skills.
14. Proactive, results-oriented, and integrative working style.
15. Very good communication and presentation skills (English/one other language verbal & written).
16. Can-do attitude and resilience.
