At our headquarters in Bonn’s Nordstadt district, over 40 IT colleagues work daily to ensure that the IT systems of a nationally successful parcel logistics company run stably, securely, and efficiently. The heart of our operations is our sorting center (HUB) in Niederaula (Hesse), and we are seeking on-site support there. IT All-Rounder (m/f/d) – HUB Here’s what you can expect: You will oversee all IT operations on-site at the sorting center (HUB) in Niederaula (Hesse) and work closely with technology, processes, and people. Your responsibilities include analyzing and resolving incidents and service requests, providing 1st- and 2nd-level support, and maintaining and monitoring IT systems and infrastructure. You will provide on-site support for changes, maintenance windows, technical optimizations, rollouts, and lifecycle issues, and document systems and processes. Collaborating with internal IT teams in Bonn and external service providers is part of your daily work. Some shift work or night shifts may be required. Your Responsibilities Comprehensive support and ensuring IT operations at the HUB Analysis, resolution, and sustainable handling of incidents and service requests Support in both 2nd-level and 1st-level support Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of IT systems and infrastructure Collaboration on changes, maintenance windows, and technical optimizations Support for rollouts, updates, and lifecycle management Documentation of systems, solutions, and processes Collaboration with internal IT units and external service providers Your Profile Technical background: Completed IT training or a comparable qualification. Several years of professional experience in the IT field (min. 3 years of professional experience) Broad technical understanding, e.g., in areas such as: Windows clients and servers Networks, VPN, basic security topics Virtualization, storage, or backup Microsoft environment (AD, M365, basic Azure) Citrix client support A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work Willingness to take on responsibility and think outside the box Team-oriented, clear communication, and a hands-on mentality Passionate about IT Your GO!odies Independent work with genuine creative freedom A professional IT environment with established processes and short decision-making paths.
