YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. You own and continuously improve procurement processes across the full procure-to-order lifecycle, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks and implementing sustainable improvement initiatives.
2. You act as key user for SAP and other procurement systems, supporting testing, rollouts, system enhancements, digital initiatives, and providing training and user guidance.
3. You define, monitor, and analyze procurement KPIs and further develop reporting structures, dashboards, and controlling activities such as spend analysis, savings tracking, and data quality improvement.
4. You develop and maintain procurement tools, templates, methodological standards, and ensure the consistent application of procurement policies, processes, and governance standards.
5. You drive data quality improvements within procurement systems and master data structures to enhance transparency and performance.
6. You support the procurement team with analytical insights, process guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, finance, controlling, IT, and business stakeholders.
7. You contribute to change management, training activities, and the continuous improvement and maturity development of the procurement organization.
THAT'S YOU
8. Completed studies in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a comparable qualification
9. Several years of experience in procurement or procurement-related functions, ideally with focus on processes and systems
10. Practical understanding of procure-to-order processes and operational procurement workflows
11. Strong experience working with SAP and other procurement tools; key-user experience is a plus
12. Experience with procurement reporting, KPI tracking, and basic procurement controlling activities
13. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data quality, as well as hands-on, solution-oriented working style
14. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions (e.g., procurement, finance, controlling, IT, and business stakeholders)
15. Fluent German and excellent English skills (written and spoken)
