Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership and Coordination
2. Overall responsibility for team performance, task allocation and prioritization
3. Point of escalation for complex issues across all domains
4. Work Council and Labor Relations
5. Handling of labor law disputes, social plans, and coordination with legal and external counsel
6. Oversight and strategy for IP notifications and collective agreements
7. Compliance and Governance
8. Oversee audits, reporting obligations, and HR compliance strategy
9. HR Budget and Planning
10. Drive salary adjustment planning, HR cost control, and headcount planning
11. Stakeholder Communication
12. Interface with business leaders, finance, and EMEA HR leads
Profile
13. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
14. Progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a multinational environment
15. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
16. Proven experience in managing Works Councils and complex labor relations
17. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
18. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
