We are currently looking for a Sales & Network Specialist/Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) to support a premium brand in Dietzenbach or Cologne ! If you speak French and German on a native level, we might be looking for you!
The role
1. You are the first contact for all customer and prospect inquiries of an aspiring electric car manufacturer in terms of guiding them becoming a customer and later helping them in all terms of the ongoing customer relationship.
2. You provide expert advice on product information by phone, e-mail or mail or help to arrange test drives.
3. You will handle all inquiries with confidence, using the latest technology and with a strong service orientation.
4. Customer satisfaction is your main goal when handling complaints and finding the best possible solution.
What do we require from you?
5. Commercial studies or relevant experience
6. Knowledge in French and German on C2 level (native)
7. Good knowledge of English
8. Knowledge of Italian/Flemish/Dutch is an advantage
9. Several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive trade
10. We require a high level of service orientation, a personable manner, and a good way of expressing oneself
11. Experience in sales is an advantage
12. Willingness to work on weekends (one or two Saturdays in a month)
