Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting and retaining exceptional employees. In this position, you will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent, developing a compelling employment brand, and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring teams. Lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with the wider HR team and hiring managers Together with the Head of HR develop attraction and recruitment strategies and hiring plans Lead employment branding initiatives such as social media campaigns and events Own open positions from the intake meeting, active sourcing, interviewing, selection to offer negotiation and closing Represent Veact as an employer of choice to candidates Ensure positive candidate experience Organise and attend career fairs and similar events Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement Who you are and what you bring: Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding either in-house or in an executive search/agency Experience with modern ATSs and LinkedIn Proven track record of delivering high quality candidates across a broad range of functions, industries and countries. Familiarity with tech/software/product and sales roles would be an advantage.
