Your tasks
6. Planning the outbound transport network for European vehicle distribution and developing logistics standards for the plants.
7. Definition of technical specifications and logistical requirements for tenders in the European transport network.
8. Technical review and qualification of transport service providers, including the development of well-founded award proposals in the procurement process.
9. Analysis of logistical control parameters and transport costs for the economic and sustainable optimization of the transport system.
10. Identifying synergies by comparing outbound solutions within the group's brands.
11. Coordination of logistics concepts and service descriptions with interfaces in plants, procurement and sales.
12. Analysis of service provider performance in operational processes and initiation of targeted optimization measures.
13. Taking on (partial) project management functions for the further development of logistics processes and systems.
Your profile
14. Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification.
15. Several years of professional experience in the planning and design of complex logistics processes.
16. Proficient use of MS Office and sound knowledge of system landscapes and databases.
17. Fluent English skills and willingness to undertake occasional business trips within Europe.
18. Strong analytical skills for structuring complex tasks.
19. Strong communication skills and the ability to present solutions convincingly and win over stakeholders.
20. Strong team orientation and a goal-oriented, independent work style.
