Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing back-office support, taking over general administrative tasks, and offering online support for specific cases. Additionally, they will strive to achieve and ensure quality standards, working efficiently and reliably in their approach.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need to possess fluency in Turkish (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 level of English proficiency. You must also hold a valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship and be available to complete up to 4 weeks of full-time training. Furthermore, you should have an affinity with back office services and demonstrate a reliable and efficient way of working. A goal-oriented approach to work is also essential.
