Finance & Administrative Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)

As an early-stage company, we work in stealth mode and place a strong emphasis on engineering rigor, ownership, and clean operational structures.
We are seeking a Finance & Administrative Manager (Part-Time) to take ownership of our bookkeeping, financial administration, and selected executive and HR-related administrative processes.
Preparatory bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable)
Expense management and travel reimbursement coordination
Digital document and receipt management
Coordination with external tax advisors and payroll providers
Maintenance and continuous improvement of internal financial processes
Administrative support for the founders (e.g., HR-related administrative support (contract administration, personnel documentation, payroll coordination)
Several years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or back-office roles
Experience with DATEV or comparable accounting software
Fluency in German; English proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with HR administration and payroll coordination
Basic understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in regulated industries
