What do you contribute?
1. You will maintain and update our capacity and utilization planning tool.
2. You will support our team in analyzing and summarizing information for monthly capacity planning.
3. Furthermore, you will support the team in continuous improvements, such as the automation of processes with e.g. AI, Excel programming, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
4. In addition, you will be involved in the creation and preparation of presentations, evaluations and analyses (mainly in English).
5. Your tasks will also include demand-oriented participation in day-to-day business and ongoing offers.
What do you bring along?
6. You are currently studying a technical subject (ideally IT or a focus on AI) and are available to us for approx. 15-20 h/week.
7. You have first experience in process automation (e.g. RPA o AI) using innovative technologies
8. In addition, you already have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
9. You also have basic knowledge of Excel VBA. Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
10. You enjoy working in an international environment and you are characterized by a systematic and reliable working style.
11. You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus.

Attractive conditions
With us you will receive an attractive salary. You start with 15,17€ per hour and receive 19,36€ per hour from the 7th month.
