Then we will look forward to meeting youYour responsibilitiesYour primary responsibility will be to design utility scale ground mounted solar PV projects with an initial focus on project development supportUsing industry standard software, technical design work will progress from preliminary to detail level in line with the projects development maturityOptimizing layouts and yields based on constraint analysisDesign in compliance with industry codes and standards and incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations and DevelopmentSupport the preparation of post-construction documentationProvide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on siteSupport and lead technical due diligencesOptimal cooperation within Renewables, consisting of developers, engineers, project-, contract- and offtake-managers, market and strategy analysts as well as a network of external partnersStrong stakeholder management activities internally and externallyYour profileBachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field)Extensive experience in utility-scale solar design and project deliveryProficiency in solar PV design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD) and understanding of renewable energy systemsStrong analytical, creative problem-solving, and system optimization capabilitiesProven track record of international work experience and cultural adaptabilityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsBusiness fluency in English (other languages are an advantage)Open to working in Düsseldorf or BerlinOpen-minded, proactive, and detail-orientedYour benefitsAt Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
