We are looking for you as a Junior Campaign Manager Digital (all genders welcome!) for our Campaign team at our Munich location as soon as possible.
The role reports directly to the Lead Campaign Management in Munich
The Role
The Junior Campaign Manager Digital is a key member of Condé Nast’s Campaign Management team within the digital revenue organisation. Based in our Munich office, the Junior Campaign Manager is responsible for the implementation of direct and programmatic guaranteed campaigns across display and video. This role is critical to the success of our campaigns and is directly responsible for technical feasibility, trafficking, and management of pacing and delivery. The ideal candidate has digital experience and a curiosity about the media landscape, ad operations, and digital technologies.
The Team
The German Campaign Management team is part of the wider Global Campaign Management team that also includes Spain, Italy, France, UK, the Middle East, Mexico, and the US, and sits within the Revenue organisation. Campaign Management partners closely with Digital Media Strategy, Ad Platforms, Sales, and Condé Nast Ad Studio teams, and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our digital campaigns. This role will report directly to the Lead, Campaign Management Germany.
What will you be doing?
1. Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders.
2. Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of all third-party tagging. Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.
3. Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs.
4. Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.
5. Stay up to date with the industry to help guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape.
6. Knowledge of ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms.
7. Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and campaign delivery, serving as liaison and support for sales operations colleagues.
Who you are:
8. Must possess 0-1 years of digital experience, ad operations a plus
9. Excellent communication skills, and the ability to self-prioritise tasks
10. Proficient in Excel, comfortable with organising data
11. Experience with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers a plus
12. Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite, IAS, or any OMS beneficial
13. Knowledge of developer tools or HTML beneficial
