The Germany Marketing Manager is responsible for brand building, marketing strategy execution, and market promotion for POP MART in the German market. This role ensures a deep integration of the global brand strategy with local market dynamics to drive business growth and enhance brand influence.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with POP MART’s brand vision and business goals, ensuring a consistent approach across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing.
Oversee the development and maintenance of POP MART’s brand identity, ensuring it remains consistent and appealing to the target audience.
Social Media & Digital Marketing: Product Marketing: Lead product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities, while ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demand.
Event Marketing & Community Engagement: Plan and execute offline events, pop-ups, and community-driven marketing campaigns to enhance local customer engagement.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Data Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives, analyze campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts based on data insights.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in leadership roles in marketing, preferably in the retail, fashion, entertainment, or consumer goods sector.
Proven ability to lead and build high-performing marketing teams.
Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and digital platforms.
Excellent knowledge of German, with proficiency of English, Chinese Speaking is as a plus.
Relevant Work Experience – Background in leading internet/technology companies, Fortune 500 FMCG, 3C (consumer electronics), or related industries in marketing & branding roles. Goal-Oriented – Results-driven, capable of independently leading brand marketing efforts in Germany while driving business growth.
