Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 30 April 2026 Work Schedule: - 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts) - Rotational Shifts: * 07:00 – 16:00 * 14:00 – 23:00 * 22:30 – 07:30 - Days Off: 2 rotational days per week Responsibilities: - Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local market standards. - Apply rational decision-making and strong communication skills to handle sensitive content. - Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer inquiries. - Manage high-volume queues, especially during promotional seasons. - Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex cases when necessary. - Maintain accurate records and uphold platform integrity. Requirements: - Fluency in German and English (verbal and written). - Strong moderation skills with local market expertise. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Ability to cope with workload peaks and rotational shifts. - Understanding of e-commerce and online platforms. - Empathy, reliability, and rational decision-making skills.
