We are hiring a Store Manager for our boutique in Hamburg.
Main activities and responsibilities
1. Ensure the achievement of store sales budget
2. Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all Corporate/ Retail Manager to ensure to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experience
3. Be a brand ambassador promoting the Company values
Key requirements & competencies
4. Guarantee the store profitability, develop and implement business action plans to maximize
5. Ensure that the highest level of client service is provided motivating and challenging the Staff
6. Communicate KPIs and identify strategies to ensure that the performance standards are met
7. Oversee and support stock management
8. Lead the CRM processes according to Company guidelines
9. Oversee training ensuring that product knowledge, client service, systems, procedures and teamwork are adequately covered
10. Ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees
11. Guarantee the Visual Merchandising standards
12. Work with HR to recruit and retain a high performing team and ensure effective resolution for all the employee relations issues
13. Perform other duties as directed
