Senior Manager Role
This position requires a skilled M&A professional with 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, or a leading advisory firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deal execution, valuation, and strategic thinking, and will be able to apply this knowledge to impactful transactions.
Responsibilities:
* Advising senior executives on inorganic growth opportunities.
* Liaising with cross-functional teams and external partners to assess strategic fit and deal rationale.
* Performing in-depth financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence assessments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
* At least 3-6 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, a Big Four, or a strategy advisory firm.
* Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for financial modelling / analyses.
