Your Responsibilities as Assistant (f/m/d)
7. Analysis of customer related Data (Sell in, Nielsen, Drotax)
8. Creation and tracking of the promotion plan, in coordination with the account managers
9. Support of the invoice processing by hosting corresponding overviews and collecting proof of execution of agreed activations
10. Support the preparation of internal and external presentations on cooperation with Key Account Management
11. Dispatch of products samples
12. Answer customer inquiries independently
13. Organization of meetings
14. Interface between Key Account Management, Customer Service, Finance and Trade Marketing
Your Qualification and Skills
15. Good understanding of numbers and basic knowledge of marketing
16. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
17. Good written and spoken English knowledge
18. Enjoy working in a team
19. Experience in the same activity or an internship in the sales department of an FMCG
