We are looking for a motivated student to join our AI Lab and help make AI models more understandable and trustworthy by integrating interpretability methods into our LLM frameworks.

You’ll make an impact by
5. You are part of an international team of data scientists and software developers with diverse backgrounds
6. You support the development and integration of interpretability methods into our existing LLM frameworks
7. Furthermore, you conduct desktop research as well as contribute actively to our internal knowledge sharing
8. Additionally, you assist with content development and communication
9. You contribute to other AI Lab projects as and when needed

10. You are currently enrolled in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study
11. You have strong coding skills, particularly in Python, SQL, and Terraform
12. You are interested in interpretability, explainable AI and LLMs
13. You have basic understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and Snowflake
14. You are a self-motivated individual who learns quickly and takes initiative
15. You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and result-driven approach
16. You thrive in collaborative environments and maintain an open-minded attitude
17. You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
