We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Client Account Manager within our Fund Administration Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering strong relationships.
* The primary responsibilities of this position include ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring open subjects and requests, staying informed about changes affecting specific customers, understanding and meeting client needs, and reporting potential issues to management.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong knowledge of the fund industry (minimum 5 years), experience in fund accounting is an advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills, autonomy, availability, flexibility, self-confidence, and engagement generation are also essential. Professional fluency in English and French is required, with Italian and/or Spanish considered an advantage.
