Your Responsibilities
As Head of Global Partners & Channels (m/f/d), you will be the executive owner of Jedox’s global partner ecosystem and responsible for defining and executing our global partner strategy, building a high‑performing partner organization, and driving material partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to ensure sustainable partnerships.
What You’ll Do
* Define global partner strategy:Develop and implement a multi‑year vision and annual operating plan aligned with the company's growth objectives and priorities.
* Drive Revenue and Performance:Own global targets for partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced ACV and NRR, and establish forecasting and pipeline management processes.
* Design Global Partner Program:Create partner tiers, benefits, commercial frameworks, incentives, and enablement paths to ensure consistency and scalability.
* Lead Regional Alignment:Manage a global team of regional partner leaders and ensure strong collaboration with regional sales leadership.
* Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to embed partners into GTM motions, campaigns, and customer lifecycle.
* Ensure Operational Excellence:Partner with Revenue Operations to deliver accurate reporting, analytics, and data quality for partner performance.
* Build Leadership and Culture:Develop a high‑performing global team and encourage a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Your Profile
You bring deep expertise in partner and alliance strategies and have the drive to shape ecosystems that create sustainable added value. You communicate confidently at all levels, develop scalable partnership models, and feel at home in dynamic environments where innovation and growth go hand in hand.
* At least 10 years experience in partner, channel, or alliances leadership roles in Enterprise SaaS, including 5+ years leading multi‑region or global teams.
* Proven track record of success in generating partner‑related and partner‑influenced revenue and in transforming partner ecosystems.
* A passion for innovation and a strong drive to implement concepts and strategies in a targeted manner.
* Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models, including direct vs. indirect sales motions and co‑sell execution.
* A bachelor's degree, ideally supplemented by an MBA or equivalent qualification.
