In-house lawyer Labour Law (m/f/d)

What You’ll Do
* Independently advises and supports the Head of HR, the management board, HR and all areas of the company supported by HR in all labour law issues and matters
* Collaborates with the departments supported by HR
* Conducts labour law disputes (lawsuit proceedings, resolution proceedings) in the first instance on his/her own responsibility and accompanies such proceedings in the second and, if necessary, third instance
* Provides labour law advice and support in negotiations with works constitution bodies
* Liaises and manages external lawyers
* Creates, reviews and supports the creation of labour law documents and supports the completion of correspondence in labour law‑related context
* Analyzes and examines pending legal issues, points out possible solutions and provides legal advice based on the specific business background
* Contact person, consultant and expert for HR and the BU supported by HR in achieving business goals
* Advises employees and managers of the company on matters pertaining to labour law
* Decides on legal solutions in his/her area of responsibility
* Works with labour lawyers in other VF entities to align on strategy, priorities and compliance topics
* Designs internal training measures for employees and managers on labour law topics and recommends actions derived from them
* Conducts internal training for employees and managers
* Initiates internal company processes to optimise consulting and business success
* Derives recommendations for action and optimisations from expected or already completed further development of the law (legislation, case law) and initiates/supports the implication of appropriate measures
* Supports HR and all specialist departments in internal and external labour law matters
* Communicates relevant developments in labour law including the results of legal disputes in the field of HR
* Conducts negotiations with external lawyers/legal representatives
