Description Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Remote) Team: EMEA Sales Notified’s EMEA Sales Team is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the DACH region. In this high-impact role, you will develop and implement strategic business plans, identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture strong client relationships. You will also manage, develop and mentor Account Executive Team. This is a remote role based in Frankfurt, Germany, with occasional travel as needed. What You’ll Do: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve quota targets, driving overall sales productivity and revenue growth Translate high-level sales strategy into clear, actionable objectives; communicate expectations regularly and monitor performance against goals Oversee sales activity and pipeline management, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and results Train team members to effectively articulate Notified’s value proposition to prospects and existing accounts Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive performance feedback Conduct regular check-ins to assess workload, understand daily activities, and identify support needed to boost productivity Develop and execute sales strategies, mobilizing the right resources to accelerate sales cycles and increase revenue Collaborate with other sales leaders to coordinate pursuit efforts and share account insights Stay current on market trends, segment developments, and relevant territory expertise Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing sales talent Proactively identify and address obstacles or personnel challenges impacting team performance What will you bring… Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for formal education Experience 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, business development, B2B sales, or account development 2 years of experience managing and leading sales teams, with a proven track record of driving high performance Previous experience within the PR/IR (Public Relations / Investor Relations) industries desired Strong, established network across the DACH region and deep understanding of the local market landscape Experience in sales management and business development with a highly successful track Proven ability to build and grow high level customer relationships record in sales Who is NOTIFIED?
