Conducting price negotiations, listing discussions, and annual agreements with decision-makers at key accounts.
5. Coordination of Customer Projects
Close collaboration with marketing, logistics, product management, and technical departments on customer-specific requirements (e.g. special palletization, packaging, POS materials).
6. Planning & Execution of Promotions
Development and implementation of sales campaigns, seasonal promotions, and in-store marketing activities in coordination with retail partners.
7. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitoring of trends, market developments, and competitor products in the flooring segment to develop proactive strategies.
8. Digital Customer Support & E-Commerce Assistance
Provision of product data, content, and services for the online sales channels of key accounts (e.g. images, descriptions, DIY videos).
