Build the Operational Engine of a Global Energy Software Platform
Cuculus develops the digital infrastructure that utilities rely on to operate modern energy systems. Our platform ZONOS connects millions of smart meters, sensors, and devices worldwide and enables utilities to collect data, analyze grid behavior, and control energy systems in real time. The platform supports electricity, gas, water, heating, and other critical infrastructure sectors. As energy systems become more decentralized and dynamic, the software operating them must become more intelligent, scalable, and automated. Cuculus is building the technology that enables utilities to operate in this new world. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who enjoys building systems, improving organizations, and applying modern technologies—including AI—to make companies operate faster and smarter.

What is the role about?
This is not a traditional corporate COO position. We are looking for a builder. Someone who enjoys designing operational systems, improving processes, removing friction, and enabling teams to perform at their best. You will lead the operational backbone of Cuculus and ensure that we can deliver complex enterprise software solutions while continuously improving how the company operates. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure our organization can scale efficiently and operate with high reliability across international markets.
