Overview The LEGO Group is hiring for a Head of EUC Operations (DACH) to lead the Europe Central Operations team, ~30 colleagues, driving continuous improvement and delivering challenging operational objectives. This role is based in the LEGO Sales Office in Grasbrunn (near Munich) with a hybrid model: 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered. Core Responsibilities Create a robust EUC demand signal to global production facilities by aligning sales and marketing plans with supply and production constraints. Establish strategic objectives for the department to deliver against commercial and operational needs. Be part of the Europe Central leadership team and contribute to commercial goals and people plans, driving the overarching business with the team. Represent the voice of the Europe Central BU and retailers within the European Operations Network. Further build the capabilities of the EUC Operations team to deliver above-average service to retail partners. Drive focus on key performance metrics: in-stock, retail inventory weeks of cover, item-level accuracy, shipment forecast accuracy, and BU-level consumer sales forecast bias. Build positive relationships and collaboration between teams within the business unit and with regional partners at all levels. Partner with the EMEA team to deliver continuous improvement projects supporting the digitalization journey for the EUC BU. Qualifications Extensive experience in Operations with a proven track record of leadership and developing high-performing teams with motivation and job satisfaction. Proven cross-functional forecasting experience; ability to challenge commercial plans and unite departments around an ambitious business plan that delivers results. Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement of service delivered to retailers. Ability to operate at a senior level with internal and external partners. Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges and the ability to thrive in uncertainty. Experience in leading large teams through periods of significant change.
