Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer -Data Center Project
Location: Germany
Contract Length: Initial 10-Month Contract
Start Date: Immediate Start Preferred
Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
Brightsmith are currently seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join a major data center project in Germany.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commissioning professional with a strong electrical background and proven leadership experience to take ownership of critical commissioning activities on a high profile project.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate electrical commissioning activities across the project.
* Manage and supervise commissioning teams on-site.
* Oversee commissioning of electrical systems from Medium Voltage (MV) infrastructure through to UPS systems.
* Ensure commissioning works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
* Liaise with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders throughout the commissioning process.
Requirements
Essential
* Electrical Engineering degree.
* Minimum 5 years of commissioning experience.
* Minimum 3 years of data center commissioning experience.
* Strong electrical commissioning background.
* Experience commissioning Medium Voltage (MV) systems through to UPS systems.
* Previous experience leading commissioning teams.
* Fluent English communication skills.
Highly Desirable
* Experience working for, or alongside, a General Contractor.
* Demonstrated leadership capability within complex commissioning environments.
