Germany and Central Europe are key markets for Metronor Industrial with significant growth in the last years. As Regional Sales Manager, you will continue this positive momentum, lead a dedicated and highly competent team, and bring our unique solutions to leading industrial players. Key responsibilities include: Do Sales: Ensure reaching Sales targets in line with Company Objectives and annual Budget Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the local team, ensuring each employee reaches their full potential. Expand the team as required to meet regional sales targets. Expand Regional Footprint: Increase the presence and sales activities in the larger Central European region. Sales Partners: Maintain and develop the network of regional sales partners, increasing efficiency and revenue from increased sales volume. End-to-End Sales: Develop new business opportunities, grow customer base and sales funnel, manage customer relationships including technical-commercial discussions, prepare proposals, manage negotiations, assess risks, and ensure sales closures. Client Solutions: Present standard and tailored solutions, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate long‑term agreements. Industry Presence: Represent Metronor Industrial at key conferences, exhibitions, and industry events. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. Know your competitors and Metronor Industrial’s competitive advantages. What we are looking For: Sales and Leadership Expertise: Demonstrated success in technical sales and team leadership, with strong negotiation and strategic planning skills. Industry Experience: Proven track record in technology-intensive industries, preferably within the field of metrology. Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field. Technical Competence: Preferably a good understanding of industrial measurement systems, automation, and advanced manufacturing processes. Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Cultural Awareness: Ability to navigate and adapt to diverse business cultures, particularly within Central Europe. Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools. Flexibility: The ability to work at the Munchen office and travel frequently within your region (EU). Personal Attributes: Results‑driven, analytical thinker with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
