Leitung Ambulanter Hospizdienst
We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to lead our ambulatory hospice service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating palliative care services for patients and their families, as well as acquiring and supporting volunteers. A key focus of the role will be on providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
Responsibilities:
* Palliative care consulting for patients and their relatives
* Coordination in accordance with SGB V §39a
* Acquisition and support of volunteers
* Office organization
* Digital communication with volunteers and social media
* Networking
* Event organization
* Training in the healthcare sector
* Quality management
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
* Completed 3-year training in elderly care, nursing or healthcare
* Further education as a palliative care specialist
* Ideal first experience in coordination and leadership
* Pleasure working in a team
