The Learning and Development Manager (m/f/d) Core Curriculum will be a key part of this effort, playing an important role in the design, development, delivery and management of core skill learning programs including a range of training initiatives, closely aligned with cross-functional initiatives as well as other Academy offerings. This individual will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager for Leadership Programs and Trainings and reports to the Head of Leadership Academy to ensure a cohesive learning strategy. Responsibilities Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify Core skills gaps. Co-develop high-impact Core learning content with the Learning Experience Team. Ensure Core skills offerings are aligned with organizational strategy and talent development priorities. Collaborate with key stakeholders (internal and external; regional and international) to ensure alignment of Core learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership academy and core curriculum programs, making adjustments as necessary to drive continuous improvement Working with various vendors / partners to design, customize, and deliver core curriculum / behavioral trainings Drive impact assessment through proper assessment framework, incorporate feedback, and ensure continuously to refine the leadership offerings for continuous improvement Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on behavioral or foundational skills. The ability to take the role of an internal learning consultant in the area of soft skills. Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR and business leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret learning data. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to driving measurable impact through learning and development initiatives Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10-20% max; especially in roll out phases)
